What is included, how the trial works and what happens when you need more checks.
Ask us a questionAn eligible account gets 14 days on its selected plan. A card is required, and the subscription renews at that plan’s monthly price unless you cancel before the trial ends. During the trial you can build and use your program and records in the app. Downloading the program and audit pack unlocks with your first payment, and you can start paying early at any time. Accounts that have already used a trial, or choose to skip it, start with payment.
PEP and sanctions screening checks client or beneficial-owner details against screening data. An identity check is a separate hosted process where the client photographs their ID and takes a selfie. Each has its own monthly allowance, shown on the plan cards.
The additional-check rates are $5 + GST on Essentials, $4 + GST on Professional and $4 + GST on Business. Extra checks depend on an active subscription, availability and monthly usage caps. You must confirm the charge before a billable extra check; it is added to your next invoice.
The plan cards show the current client limits and monthly screening allowances. Screening is included up to the allowance, with no separate fee per included screening. Contact us if you expect to need more. Business has unlimited team members, rather than unlimited clients or checks.
Yes. The free check and account setup do not need a card. You can explore the program preview and use three AI questions a day. A paid plan is needed for generating, editing or exporting your program and working with real client records.
