Subscription prices include GST; extra identity checks are quoted plus GST. Free exploration and a contact route for larger requirements are separate from the three paid plans. ## Monthly plans All subscription prices are AUD, including GST. Business has unlimited team members, not unlimited clients or checks. Contact us for larger requirements. Screenings and hosted identity checks are separate allowances. Screening has no additional per-check fee within the allowance. Extra identity checks require an active subscription, availability, monthly usage capacity and confirmation of the charge before a billable check. Extra check prices exclude GST and approved charges appear on the next invoice. ## Trial and billing Eligible accounts get a 14-day free trial. A card is required at checkout. Your subscription automatically renews at your selected monthly price unless you cancel before the trial ends. During the trial you can build and use your program and records in the app. Downloading the program and audit pack unlocks with your first payment, and you can start paying early at any time. Accounts that have already used a trial, or choose to skip it, start with payment. Plans are billed monthly. Cancel through the billing portal.
